Acceptable Use Policy

LiveMonetize supports the free and open exchange of thoughts and ideas. We are proud to facilitate meaningful conversations and professional collaboration around the world. LiveMonetize provides a high-quality platform for creators to monetize their content and connect with their audience. Below is a guide to the standards of behavior we expect of all our users.

LiveMonetize's Trust and Safety Principles

LiveMonetize is dedicated to delivering value to our creators and users.

• We bring together a diverse community of creators and audiences to collaborate with each other.

• We view it as a great privilege to support the variety of users who entrust us with their content creation, from individual creators to businesses, educational institutions, and organizations.

• We take seriously our duty to safeguard our platform and protect our community from harm.

• We believe in transparency and will be clear about our policies and enforcement actions.

Abuse

You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm. We consider abusive behavior an attempt to harass, intimidate, or silence someone else's voice.

Hateful Conduct

You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease. We also do not allow accounts whose primary purpose is inciting harm towards others on the basis of these categories.

Glorification of Violence

You may not glorify violence or violent extremism. We also do not allow content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism. This includes threatening to harm others or encouraging others to commit violent acts.

Illegal or Certain Regulated Goods or Services

You may not use our service for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated items.

Sensitive Content

We do not allow sensitive content on our platform. This includes:

• Graphic violence or gore

• Adult content or pornography

• Child sexual exploitation material

• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

If you are found to have violated the Sensitive Content policy, you will be blocked from the LiveMonetize platform. If you believe our finding is wrong, you can submit an appeal by contacting us.

Suicide or Self-Harm

You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm. When we receive reports that a person is threatening suicide or self-harm, we may take a number of steps to assist them, such as reaching out to that person and providing resources such as contact information for mental health professionals.

Violent Extremist Groups

We prohibit accounts that affiliate with organizations that use or promote violence against civilians to further their causes, either on or off the platform. There is no place for terrorist or violent extremist groups on LiveMonetize, or for those who affiliate with them or promote their activities.

Private Information

You may not post other people's private information without their express permission, or threaten to do so, or try to get others to do so. In other words, no doxxing. Accounts that do so may be permanently suspended. Private information can include home address or physical location information, identity documents, contact information, financial account information, and other private information.

Spam

You may not use LiveMonetize to spam anyone. Accounts that do so may be permanently suspended. Spam is generally defined as mass unsolicited or aggressive activity that attempts to manipulate or disrupt LiveMonetize or the experience of LiveMonetize users to drive traffic or attention to unrelated accounts, products, services, or initiatives.

Copyright, Trademark, Defamation, Right of Publicity, and Impersonation

You may not upload or distribute content on LiveMonetize that you do not have a right to transmit under any law, including trademark and copyright law, or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. You also may not use LiveMonetize to defame others, impersonate anyone, or use another's name or image without their permission. Accounts that do so may be permanently suspended.

Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy

We take violations of our Acceptable Use Policy seriously. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it to us immediately.

To report a violation, please contact us at hello@sealambda.com with the following information:

• The type of violation you are reporting

• When the violation occurred

• Who was involved

• Any additional details or evidence you can provide

We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning the user, temporarily suspending their account, or permanently banning them from the platform.

Updates

LiveMonetize's policies may require modifications in order to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Any such changes to LiveMonetize's policies will be posted here. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed about our community standards.
